Great War French Infantrymans Bugle with cords. Circa.1914-1918
Brass 1916 dated French Infantryman’s bugle, the bugle is in good condition for its age, it does have some dents and bumps but is generally very good and is complete with its white metal mouth piece, blue, white and red cords and tassels and its black leather holding cover. Paris maker marked on the bugle end and also on the mouthpiece. An iconic item carried by French soldiers of the Great War and featured on many of their medal citations and posters from that period in history.
