Short History.
The letters on the badge stand for “Expeditionair Macht”(Expeditionary Force).The badge was worn after the Liberation of Holland in May 1945,by all those who volunteered for service against the Japanese in the Dutch East Indies.The shield is in the shape of the native weapon shield of Batavia.
