A very attractive Sapeur Pompiers helmet Modele 1855, made completely from brass, this attractive piece of headdress is in good order but the lining is missing. The brass Roman style helmet has the district badge to the front ‘Pomiers de Richelieu’ ,chin scaled chinstrap in brass and a plume holder to oneside. It has a few dents here and there but the overall condition is excellent. Very toned with age but looks really attractive.
