Aluminium cap eagle with black Iron cross to its chest, correct three brass wire fastenings to the reverse, makers mark No.11 Ges.Gesch. Excellent condition.
Brief History:-
The Nationalsozialistische Kriegsopferversorgung (NSKOV), meaning “National Socialist War Victim’s Care”, was a social welfare organization for seriously wounded veterans as well as frontline fighters of World War One. The NSKOV was established in 1934 and was affiliated to the Nazi Party. The headquarters of the organization was in Kreuzburg, Berlin (at the time called the SW 68 district).
